To mark the 70th National day, also know as the Independence Day of Sri Lanka which fell on Sunday, 4th of February, the Rotaract Club of Wellawatte organized a fast-track project outlining the historical value of Sri Lanka.
The composed historical information were shared among Rotaractors from around the world to help them have a better understanding of our nation. 21 non-Sri Lankan clubs joined in the project and celebrated it.
The organization and execution of the project has enlightened us in many ways, with key ways being having taught ourselves our history meticulously, managing time and people effectively, and virtually associating with other nationals and connect.
This collaboration has aspired us to undertake more multinational projects in the near future.
