Host a Friend was successfully concluded on September 27, 2019 at Yaal Restaurant in Wellawatte and ended with a scrumptious Sri Lankan style dinner. Three members from Rotaract Club of Dombivli, India (RID 3142) were present namely Rtr. Sanjeevani Bhagat (President), Rtr. Saalim Ali (General Member) and Rtr. Ashish Daga (Marketing Director).
At the beginning the members introduced themselves to each other - their names, their role in the club and about their profession. This project was carried out with the aim of getting to know each other in terms of culture, profession, personal interests etc.
Most importantly the attendees exchanged information on how their club operates, the structure of the club, signature projects carried out by their club and also the internal and external challenges they face. The guests got the opportunity of enjoying some delicious Sri Lankan food. Afterwards, the guests were taken around Wellawatte to Kollupitiya for shopping.
