Emphasizing the District Theme for the year 2017/2018 "Redefine
Friendship", this project was initiated to celebrate the friendship which
started during pets & Sets 2017 between the president of the 4 Organizing
Club. The intention was to highlight the friendship that Rotaractors share as a
movement.
It was a sing-along which involved attendees singing songs of different
languages and genres giving significance to the different ethnicity and was
able to strengthen and uphold the cross - culture bonds.
Intercultural understanding is was expected to be promoted and Sharing
Culture , aesthetics and values of different cultures among Rotaractors via
promotion of music in English,Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Spanish etc.
