27th Rotaract District Assembly was held on the 1st of July at Hotel Blue water with the participation of over 500 Rotaractors from District 3220. It’s an event of celebrating the best moments of the movement and induction of the new District officials. This year we saw many achievements lead by clubs under the theme vison to action by IPDRR Rtr PP Mohammed Husni. The new rotaract year started with the theme Engage Rotaract and Redefine friendship. District Rotaract Representative for the year 2017/18 Rtr.PP . Anuradha Senanayake and district officials were installed along with the wishes of the entire Rotaract District 3220. Induction of the new District Rotaract Representative and district officials for the year 2017/18 held on 1st of July 2017 at Blue Waters, Wadduwa. Appreciation for the clubs and Individuals who contributed towards the theme of the year 2016/17 and done a tremendous service to the society through the movement. Improve fellowship between the clubs. To give the opportunity to know the district and their objectives for the upcoming year therefore all the clubs can work closely to achieve the vision of the new-year. To create an opportunity to exchange views with different clubs.
Future aspiration of the district was shared hence making all clubs have a common understanding of the plans ahead. Good platform to know other club members. Guide for the avenue directors about the expectations from each avenue. Long term friendship and bond will continue which represents the theme for the year. Each club can work in achieving the same goal which will result in serving the community in a better way.
