Finding the time to dedicate ourselves towards Rotaract and serving the betterment of our communities can be challenging and utilizing that precious amount of time to the maximum is something that all of us could learn to perfect just a little bit more.
The Rotaract Clubs of Wellawatte, CIRP and IIHE identified this learning area and hoping to balance and bridge this gap carried out a joint professional development project "SPECTRUM COUNTERBALANCE". The first phase event took place on the 2nd of October, 2016 at the Royal Skills Union from 9.30 am to 11.00 am. On the day there were knowledge sharing sessions on the following key areas - Sustainable Project Management; Project Proposal Writing. Along with this there was a panel discussion under the theme 'Life through Rotaract'.
